Licensed in Maryland, Delaware and Pennsylvania, Philip Giesing has been helping people sell and buy real estate since 2001 and offers consulting services for local zoning and subdivision projects. Originally from San Diego, California, Philip relocated to Cecil County, Maryland in 1991. He graduated from San Diego State University and is a veteran of the U.S. Army.  Prior to starting his real estate career, Philip worked as a County Planner for over 11 years in both Cecil County, MD and New Castle County, DE.  Phil and his wife Colleen and children live in the Elk Neck Area of Cecil County.
