Over 30 years in the retail Supermarket business advancing from high school "bag boy" to an Executive Level; at one point overseeing 2500 employees in 6 states and over 100 retail outlets. During this time; I oversaw all; phases of store development in addition to store operations. This included: store construction, store maintenance, remodels, demos, and trade relations; all of which prepared me well for my current business.

My calling to be in the home inspection business came from multiple transfers and moves as my career grew; which allowed me to make all of the home buying mistakes that a young naive buyer can make. When I found my position eliminated after years of a successful career; real estate was a quick "go to" & I have not looked back. Now; 5 years in to my own start up company; I see my role NOT as the guy who finds problems; but rather a role to introduce the buyer and their new home to each other.  Beyond technical; expertise; I see my greatest strength in my ability to talk to people at all levels. I'm not an ex-builder, ex-electrician or ex-plumber who may embelish issues needlessly. Im a "just the facts" kind of guy. Call Me!
