     As your home inspector it is my duty, and my privilege, to provide you with the best service possible and to arm you with the information you need about the condition of the property. With degrees in architecture and engineering, I have the knowledge and experience necessary to provide a detailed inspection and to distinguish between major and minor problems with the home.

• Engineering Degree from Penn State University                              
• Worked in the five boroughs of New York as a Design/Build Engineer
• Successfully operated my own business in New Castle, DE for over a decade
