Meets the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 9:30 am. This committee shall host professional development events creating a platform for REALTOR® engagement. They also hosted a family Iron Birds event as well. They host a safety class for the Realtors® and a Open House/Membership drive.

This committee meets on the 3rd Tuesday at 11:30 am. Works to promote equal opportunity within the Board and the community. This committee has planned and sponsored our Annual Fair Housing Days which covers Fair Housing, Affordable Housing and Diversity. In addition to handling Homeownership Fairs, Homebuyer Seminars, etc., this committee also helps with equal opportunity compliance. They also participate in the SunFest in rising sun, Fallfest in Elkton, host certification classes as well.

This committee meets the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 10:30 am. Responsible for fundraising funds that are spent/donated by the Board for community service projects and programs - they also recommend to the Board of Directors how the money should be dispersed. In addition, they are involved in the organization and tasking of "hands-on" projects or other tasks as the committee deems appropriate, with proper approval. They have the CAT Club (Citizens against trash) every 2nd Saturday of each month, in the Summer is held the 2nd Wednesday of the month. They participate in the Ice Splash in February, toys for tots, Cecil Care Day, book bags to local schools, coat drive, Ice Cream dipping during the Cecil County Fair, CASA tree, scholarships, Christmas in April, CARE video ( all the volunteering done by the entire membership gets reported on the volunteer form on CCBOR’s website and recorded for the video turned into Maryland Realtors® every July, if won the association is granted $9,000.00 towards the foundation to give out to charities or those in need that the committee votes on.) Trunk or Treat at the Singerly Fire House, Thanksgiving food drive, and the Kickball game in the fall.

This committee meets the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 10:30 am. Responsible for promoting the image of our REALTOR® members, the industry, and the market within the community and our organization using various channels, like our Facebook page. They also have the crab raffle, organize the booth at the Cecil County Fair, and the Christmas Parade float.

This committee meets when needed. Responsible for the planning and implementation of the Board's Annual Convention. This involves site and theme selection, soliciting of vendors, etc. The committee may make necessary adjustments to the previous year’s event to keep it relevant and appealing to the membership. In addition, will be responsible for the planning and implementation of the Annual Membership Meeting.

This committee meets the 1st Tuesday at 9:30 am. Being one of the Board's most active committees, members assist in choosing courses and instructors for Board-sponsored education classes. This committee may work with other committees to present special classes. GRI sponsorship also is under the purview of the Education Committee. The required New Member Code of Ethics Orientation is handled by the Education Committee. They also put together lunch & learns.

This committee meets the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 11:30 am. Planning and organizing of "social" events for Board members such as the Holiday Party, Card Exchanges, the Annual Bull Roast

This committee meets as needed. Solicits donations for RPAC (REALTORS® Political Action Committee) and may conduct appropriate fundraising events. They may also suggest to the Board of Directors candidates to be recommended to receive RPAC contributions, but do not endorse candidates. The members of this committee review County policies with regards to planning, zoning and the Comprehensive Plan. Recommendations regarding County policies are forwarded to the Board of Directors. The committee may hold political forums or whatever it deems appropriate to help the members and the public be more aware of their choices in an election/vote. In the event of proposed legislation or regulation that would impact our industry, our community or private property rights, the committee should work with the Legislative chair to develop a plan.

This committee meets the 1st Monday of every month at 9:30 am. Assists young and/or new real estate professionals excel in their career by providing them with the tools and encouragement to become involved in the Association. Plans appropriate networking events to augment these efforts. They have the annual Corn Hole tournament, coffee talks, book clubs, and other events to help agents in the business 5 years or less with what they need.
